Caprisa is a native Louisianan born and raised in Baton Rouge, La.  She attended Southeastern LA University where she studied Marketing and Finance with a concentration in advertising and integrated marketing communication.

Caprisa began her credit union career the second largest credit union in the State of Louisiana.  Some of her past credit union positions include working as a teller, loan processor, title clerk, mortgage loan originator, call center representative, credit card assistant, loan officer, promotions coordinator and marketing specialist.
