Loretta was born and raised in the small town of Morris, Illinois. After graduation from secretarial school, she traveled a bit before settling first in Galveston and then in Houston. Loretta has over 15 years experience in the printing industry. She has worked in many areas including customer service manager of a large Houston printing company and received commendations for outstanding customer service.

She has served as a liaison between the graphics, printing and bindery departments on a daily basis to ensure all jobs were kept on schedule. Loretta works for PMD in the print coordination department to ensure that all print jobs are completed according to standards and in a timely manner.
